Who owns our company?
Our owner and CEO, Robbin Steif, is an analyst herself. She is a graduate of Harvard College and the Harvard Business School, and has served on the Board of Directors for the Web Analytics Association. Robbin is a frequent speaker on the topics of web analytics and website conversion. You should read her letter before you decide to work with us.
Leadership
Christina Keffer works as a Search Account Manager. She has been in the internet marketing industry for over six years, providing clients with a fresh, holistic approach to organic search, paid search, online competitive analysis and social media campaigns. Clients tend to be awed when they work with Christina because she always gives them more than 110%.
Phil Anderson is the Director of Online Intelligence, and brings a diverse background of over 13 years in the IT industry. He has done a little of everything, including consulting for Fortune 500 companies, project management, programming mobile apps, and founding several high-growth Internet startups. Phil has an obsession with process and customer satisfaction that shows in every project.
Dorcas Alexander is a Web Analyst working with Google Analytics. Her path to LunaMetrics included stints in ad agency creative, math, computer science, language technology research, and corporate training. She loves to learn and teach what she’s learned. One of the top-rated tournament Scrabble players in Pennsylvania, Dorcas has an insatiable drive to compete and win. “Impossible” is not in her vocabulary.
Brian Honigman is currently our Social Media Account Manager. His passion for the industry has helped him thrive at Social Media and SEO for the past three years. With an unmatched ability to talk directly with the consumer, he has set his sights on knowing all there is to learn about social media optimization, management and training.
Terri Mathews is our Office Manager. She comes to LunaMetrics with over 7 years of executive assistance and office management experience.
Her “can do” attitude has allowed her to work in all departments from Finance to Human Resources to IT. Terri’s passion for event planning and organization drives her commitment to produce an efficient and creative work environment where employees thrive.
Michael Harrison is a Web Analyst working with Google Analytics and Google Website Optimizer at LunaMetrics. He’s been working in web development since 1999 and with Google Analytics since 2005. If you get him started on data visualization, site optimization, board games, or his five year-old son, he’ll talk your ear off.
Brittany Baeslack is our Paid Search Manager. She brings experience in implementing and successfully managing Paid Search accounts in a wide variety of industries for clients of all sizes. Through the use of her tactical and strategic expertise, she makes it a priority to meet her clients’ goals while building a strong and trusting relationship with each individual client. Her background in both Marketing and Finance, along with her passion for both numbers and creativity, led to her love for Paid Search.
Travis Loncar is our SEO/Content Creation Intern. His casual affinity for linguistics, coupled with his passion for everything SEO, drive him to implement creative, optimized copy on our clients’ sites. Currently a senior at Robert Morris University, Travis hopes to pursue a full-time career in the industry upon graduation in May. A hockey infatuate, he spends the majority of his free time playing or coaching at any one of the suburban Pittsburgh rinks.
Jim Gianoglio is our Manager of Insight: Social & Mobile. He works with implementation, analysis and training of Google Analytics, with a focus on defining and measuring the social and mobile spaces. Before succumbing to the siren song of analytics, he led the SEO campaigns of Fortune 500 companies in the insurance, retail and CPG industries. Things you didn’t know about Jim: he runs marathons, photographs weddings and has done voiceovers for TV commercials.
Reid Bandremer is a Search Analyst. He brings strong analytical abilities, a penchant for strategy, and a robust business background highlighted by an MBA at Robert Morris and experience in eCommerce marketing. Contrary to popular theory, Reid is not homeless – he just likes staying at the office late because he is passionate about increasing organic search traffic to client’s sites.
Jonathan Weber is a Google Analytics Trainer. He trains at Seminars across the east coast on Google Analytics. Before he caught the analytics bug, he worked in information architecture. He holds a Master’s degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Information Sciences. Jonathan’s breadth of knowledge – from statistics to analysis to library science – is somewhat overwhelming.
