Alex Moore is our Analytics Department Lead. For over a decade he has built websites from the ground up, placing web analytics at the root of digital marketing strategy. Alex has spent eight years in the consultancy world and in client-facing roles, working on search engine marketing, development, web analytics and custom reporting. An avid independent backpacker and traveler, Alex also has his Masters in Religious Dialogue from Ireland, where he discovered that most sectarian conflict can be settled over a pint of plain.
Dorcas Alexander is a Senior Web Analyst working with Google Analytics. Her path to LunaMetrics included stints in ad agency creative, math, computer science, language technology research, and corporate training. She loves to learn and teach what she’s learned. One of the top-rated tournament Scrabble players in Pennsylvania, Dorcas has an insatiable drive to compete and win. “Impossible” is not in her vocabulary.
Jim Gianoglio is our Manager of Insight: Social & Mobile. He works with implementation, analysis and training of Google Analytics, with a focus on defining and measuring the social and mobile spaces. Before succumbing to the siren song of analytics, he led the SEO campaigns of Fortune 500 companies in the insurance, retail and CPG industries. Things you didn’t know about Jim: he runs marathons, photographs weddings and has done voiceovers for TV commercials.
Sayf Sharif is a Web Analyst working with Google Analytics and specializing in Usability and Conversion. With a strong background in development, design, and user experience, he has helped hundreds of businesses and organizations, small and large with their websites since 1997. He has focused on understanding and gaining insights from their web analytics data and making data driven, best practice based, user centric improvements. Sayf is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, and studied Archaeology in graduate school at the University of Wisconsin, focusing on human tool use.
Andrew Garberson is the SEO Department Coordinator at LunaMetrics. His inbound marketing and public relations background includes management experience in entrepreneurial, nonprofit and agency environments. Andrew spends much of his free time as a pro bono communications consultant for international grassroots organizations in the nonprofit sector. He has master’s degrees in business administration and mass communications.
Reid Bandremer is an SEO Project Manager. He brings strong analytical abilities, a penchant for strategy, and a robust business background highlighted by an MBA at Robert Morris and experience in eCommerce marketing. Contrary to popular theory, Reid is not homeless – he just likes staying at the office late because he is passionate about increasing organic search traffic to client’s sites.
Alyssa DiLoreto is the Manager of Paid Search. Her background includes years of Paid Search account management for Fortune 500 companies in the retail, entertainment and health insurance industries. Her passion for digital marketing, numbers and writing made the Paid Search world a perfect fit. Prior to working in Paid Search Alyssa spent some time learning the ropes of SEO and Social Media. Outside of work, she likes to cook, check out new restaurants in Pittsburgh and volunteer with organizations such as Big Brothers Big Sisters, Special Olympics and Get Involved! As a Pitt alum, Alyssa also enjoys visiting campus as a guest lecturer for professional writing courses.
Stephen Kapusta is a Senior Paid Search Analyst who is drawn to search engine marketing on account of his interest in consumer behavior and propensity for all things digital. His infatuation with paid search thrives on unlocking the mystery behind search intent, then using that knowledge in conjunction with his background in promotional writing and landing page optimization to complete advertising goals. Fun facts: Stephen is an avid fisherman, a disc golf enthusiast, and a craftsman.
Eric Buhman is our Senior Sales Manager. After beginning his career as a technical consultant with Accenture in New York City, Eric’s path continued through the digital marketing and ad tech industry, leading sales engineering efforts for an Inc. 500 startup (Spongecell), and driving business development efforts for an enterprise ecommerce and performance marketing technology corporation (Digital River). Eric’s journey includes a stop in Alaska, having served a 6 month term with AmeriCorps. Originally from Pittsburgh, Eric graduated from Carnegie Mellon University with a degree in Information Systems, a concentration in Information Design, and experience in Human Computer Interaction (HCI).
Jonathan Weber is our Data Evangelist, focusing on cutting-edge technologies and bringing the value of data to our customers. He spreads the principles of analytics through our training seminars all over the East coast. Before he caught the analytics bug, he worked in information architecture. He holds a Master’s degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Information Sciences. Jonathan’s breadth of knowledge – from statistics to analysis to library science – is somewhat overwhelming.
Michael Bartholow is an SEO Project Manager. He has a special knack for B2B Lead Generation, e-Commerce marketing, and Shopping Cart Optimization. Michael holds an Integrative Arts degree from Penn State University and uses the same SEO & PPC skills he once employed to promote award-winning independent films to help businesses across a variety of verticals find audiences. When he’s not helping businesses find the right customers, he’s either experimenting in his kitchen or helping Silk Screen, Pittsburgh’s Asian Film Festival, select films to exhibit and promote.
Jon Meck is a Digital Analytics Engineer working with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager. He is an Excel enthusiast and strong proponent of the “Work Smarter, Not Harder” mantra. He has a history of working with web technologies for companies large and small. Outside of work, Jon enjoys late nights working on pet projects, running races, and spending time with his family.
Rachel Mehl is our Manager of Administration and comes to LunaMetrics with an eclectic background that has prepared her well to wear multiple figurative hats including those of Project Manager, HR Manager, Office Manager, IT Support, Event Planner and Customer Advocate… to name a few. A lover of fashion, she has a pretty envious literal hat collection, as well, which she often wears while performing Angel Acts, seeking adventures, and working on home projects.
Chris Vella is a Search Analyst in the SEO department, born and raised at LunaMetrics. Beginning as an intern in the SEO department, Chris absorbed the knowledge and power contained in the hallowed halls of LunaMetrics Headquarters. Today, he enjoys wielding his SEO skills to enhance on-page content, conduct comprehensive SEO audits, and bolster link profiles. Chris loves GIFs & YouTube videos of cats, but hates real cats.
Sean McQuaide is a Search Analyst in the SEO department of LunaMetrics. His passion for business and all things digital fuels his need to ask the simplest of questions, “Why?”. Along with his education in marketing and economics, he brings to LunaMetrics a background in web design, SEO and sales. He is a movie addict and avid drinker of craft beer, but would take on a mountain bike trail over those two any day.
Noah Haibach is a data analyst at LunaMetrics. Working with Google Analytics provides Noah with more data than his wildest dreams (or even nightmares sometimes), enabling him to pursue his passion of data mining and predictive analytics. Noah wasn’t always working in the tech field. His background includes math and biology research. He also has an affinity for languages, racquet sports, and brewing.
John Donovan is the Marketing Manager at LunaMetrics. His entrepreneurial career path has led him through various fields, but none of which excite him as much digital marketing. John is passionate about branding, educating, and broadcasting. In his spare time, he enjoys running, playing drums, and being with family & friends.
