Meet Our Team
Our owner and CEO, Robbin Steif, started LunaMetrics twelve years ago. She is a graduate of Harvard College and the Harvard Business School, and has served on the Board of Directors for the Digital Analytics Association. Robbin is a winner of a BusinessWomen First award, as well as a recent Diamond Award for business leadership. You should read her letter before you decide to work with us.
Alex Moore is the Director of the Analytics & Insight department. He started building websites in the mid-90s, and has spent over ten years in agencies, focused on front and back-end development, SEO/SEM and web analytics. He also leads trainings in Google Analytics and Tag Manager around the country. Alex received his master's degree in Dublin, where he explored the Irish coast with a furry dog and lots of pints.
Andrew Garberson is the Director of the Digital Marketing Strategy department. He has led digital marketing efforts in a variety of settings, including agency, entrepreneurial and nonprofit environments, and has master's degrees in business administration and mass communications. An Iowan at heart and Pittsburgher in spirit, Andrew commutes on his 10-speed most days between March and December -- after all, he's only human.
Bryan Kiger is our Director of Business Operations. He brings a diverse background of business leadership skills that sets the stage for his responsibilities at LunaMetrics including personnel and financial oversight, administrative infrastructure, and a variety of other tasks including nerf gun sharp shooting. Outside the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife Angie, and his two boys Alex and Crosby.
Jon Meck is our Technical Marketing Manager, promoting our services and trainings to the world. He has a jack-of-all-trades background, working for companies large and small in social media, website design and maintenance, and analytics. He is an Excel enthusiast, he loves efficiency, and he is strong proponent of the “Work Smarter, Not Harder” mantra. Jon is also the author of two number puzzle books.
Chris Harford is a Sales Executive at LunaMetrics. Coming from the tech space, he has managed sales teams for a Xerox company, and developed social, video, and web content for a Microsoft partner. He enjoys volunteering as a Big Brother, and spending time with his wife, Julie, and dog, Bo. Away from the office, he’s either on a hockey rink, behind a drum kit, or trying to fit a batting cage in his living room.
Eric Buhman is our Senior Sales Manager. Having lived and worked in both New York City and the backwoods of Alaska, Eric's range of experience includes big consulting, start-ups, and trail building. Originally from Pittsburgh, Eric graduated from Carnegie Mellon University with a BS in Information Systems. Eric still holds out hope he (or his son) will make the next US World Cup squad.
Jonathan Weber is our Data Evangelist, focusing on bringing the strategic value of data analysis to our customers. He spreads the principles of analytics through our training seminars and event wrote a book on Google Analytics & Tag Manager. Before he caught the analytics bug, he worked in information architecture. Away from the computer, you can find him as a flower farmer and plant geek.
Dorcas Alexander is a Manager for the Analytics & Insight department. Her path to LunaMetrics followed stints in ad agency creative, math, and computer science. Dorcas has a master's degree in language and information technologies from Carnegie Mellon University, where she helped build precursors to a Universal Translator. One of the top-rated tournament Scrabble players in Pennsylvania, Dorcas has an insatiable drive to compete and win.
Jim Gianoglio is a Manager for the Analytics & Insight department. He works with implementation, analysis and training of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager. Before focusing on analytics, he led the SEO campaigns of Fortune 500 companies in the insurance, retail and CPG industries. Things you didn’t know about Jim: he’s biked from Pittsburgh to Washington DC in 41 hours, roasts coffee beans and has done voiceovers for TV commercials.
Michael Bartholow is a Senior Account Manager. He has a special knack for B2B Lead Generation and e-Commerce Marketing. Michael holds an Integrative Arts degree from Penn State University and uses the same SEO & PPC skills he once employed to promote award-winning independent films to help businesses across a variety of verticals find audiences. He has Google certifications in Analytics & AdWords.
Samantha is a Manager for the Analytics & Insight department at LunaMetrics. She has a passion for exploring data and loves the excitement of finding solutions and explanations behind metrics. Her background includes advertising, SEO, and analytics as well as involvement in the arts. When she isn't logged into Google Analytics, she can be found traveling, talking about food or playing games.
Stephen Kapusta is a Senior Account Manager specializing in search and display advertising. He is best at finding creative opportunities to reach the audience throughout the conversion funnel by matching content to intent and focusing on providing the right user experiences at the right time. His education experience in media and rhetoric helped mold this marketing approach.
Amanda Schroeder is a Senior Consultant and comes from the marketing industry where she found a need for accurate, insightful data that could aid in making results-driven decisions. Amanda’s passion for building solid measurement strategies and connecting all the pieces of integrated digital and traditional marketing campaigns has led her to her current role at LunaMetrics.
Becky is a Data Scientist at LunaMetrics. She started deriving equations and building calculators in high school and ended up with a Masters in math from Georgia Tech. Her experience in data analysis and reporting has given her a great appreciation for data-driven decision making. Becky enjoys swimming, working on puzzles, and spending time with her husband Jonathan.
Brittany Johndrow is our Marketing and Development Specialist. Her duties range from copyediting and design to selecting the perfect venues for our analytics and search marketing trainings. Outside of the office, Brittany can be found running along Pittsburgh's scenic riverfront trails, attending any event that ends in "-fest," or binge watching the newest Netflix Original.
Dan Wilkerson is a Software Engineer at LunaMetrics. Though really a Palmyra, PA expat, Dan insists he's a "non-native" 'Burgher. Approaching social early, then marketing, exigencies of native targeting soon entangled him in numbers. Dan is happy to have ended up living in Pittsburgh and (accidentally) as a self-taught and avid programmer.
Dan is a Consultant at LunaMetrics with an Agency/Development background. He has over five years of experience working with Google Analytics. He loves leveraging data to help clients make better decisions. Dan loves new methods and lives by the motto, “break it and make it better.” Dan is a husband and father of four future data science-loving sons. When not putting kids to bed, he writes songs and plays guitar.
Donovan is a Junior Consultant at LunaMetrics, and an MBA student at the University of Pittsburgh. He enjoys connecting consumer behavior to business strategy, which led him to LunaMetrics and Pitt's program for Analytics and Marketing. Out of the office, Donovan is learning to play golf and he tries to lower his score each time he plays.
Emily Rosche is a Consultant at LunaMetrics. She has loved all things science from a young age and has a degree in Astronomy and Astrophysics from Villanova University (Go Wildcats!). She loves being outside! When not at work, Emily can usually be found running, hiking, or climbing things.
Greg Hauser is a Junior Consultant at LunaMetrics. He is a fan of simple, yet powerful data visualizations and funky bass lines. Outside of the office, you may catch him walking his two cats, or checking out a new Vegan restaurant. Greg is now studying computer information systems after substitute teaching 6th - 12th graders in everything from history to calculus.
Heather Post is a Senior Analyst at LunaMetrics. Heather is a true paid search marketer, originally trained to focus her efforts on direct response and lead gen campaigns. She always asks the question “how do we get the most value out of every dollar spent?” When she’s not analyzing paid search metrics, Heather is happily at home in her new city of Pittsburgh with her husband, Brian.
Heather is our Operations Assistant, providing administrative support to the operations department including aspects of human resources, finance, project management, technology, and office culture. She comes to us with an extensive background in office management, marketing, sales and education. When not in the office, you can find her exploring the city with her husband Mike, son Domenic and pomeranian Patrick.
Josh Sateia is our Controller. After getting a Psychology and Theology degree, spending time as an auto mechanic, and considering becoming an electrician, he discovered his life's passion: debits and credits. Eventually earning an MS in Accounting and his CPA, he now leads the finance function at LunaMetrics. Outside of work, Josh can be found playing Magic the Gathering or his new favorite board game, "Go."
Kathleen is a Junior Consultant at LunaMetrics. Before coming to LunaMetrics, Kathleen spent several years living between Florence, Paris, New York City, and Pittsburgh (her all time favorite). Ready for a new adventure, she traded in her romance languages for coding languages in order to become an apprentice. She is learning all there is to know about data analytics and is luckily surrounded by many smart people willing to teach her!
Kristen Perko is a Consultant at LunaMetrics. Her background is in search marketing, with a focus on SEO, analytics, and social media. Kristen has a passion for integrating goals and strategy with analysis and loves helping clients find value in their data. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, cross-country skiing, painting and anything food-related.
Logan Gordon is a Consultant with seven years of experience in Web Analytics, where he has helped many companies become more data-driven organized. He drove to Pittsburgh from California and is making up for not playing in the snow as a kid. His interests include Bulgarian language (due to his wife), cooking, Bulgarian cooking, and science fiction. His only pet is Bob, a dead shark in a jar.
Maura Jacobs is our Project Manager, working across all departments to create streamlined and standardized processes that will allow everyone to do their best work with (hopefully) less headaches. Maura is a certified Project Manager (PMP) with a background in the tech industry, focused on retailers and mobile development. She enjoys spending time outdoors around the beautiful city of Pittsburgh and trying out new local restaurants with her husband.
Megan Pritts is a Senior Analyst at LunaMetrics. She came to us with a degree in Fine Art and a background in graphic design, content marketing, and SEO. When she's not working, you can find her sketching, blogging, crafting, doing yoga or volunteering. Fun fact: before she graduated from high school, Megan had logged over 4,000 hours of community service with a variety of local organizations.
Nick Eppinger is an Analyst focused on providing quality user experiences and content in the realms of organic and paid search. Nick has been fortunate enough to work with a variety of clients, including nonprofits, a passion that extends outside of the LunaMetrics walls. When not juggling AdWords campaigns, audits and recommendations, Nick is practicing actual juggling or training Brazilian Jiu-jitsu and Muay Thai.
Sean McQuaide is a Senior Account Manager at LunaMetrics. As the technical search marketing lead he is the go-to for website audits, search analysis, and site performance. Sean also leads LunaMetrics A/B testing service where he uses his experience identifying user intent to find and test conversion opportunities. Sean spends his free time racing sailboats in the Gulf, constructing massive sandcastles on the beach, touring breweries, and running 5 & 10ks.
Zach Tabler is an Analyst at LunaMetrics. He is a true Pittsburgher, being a 2 time Pitt Alumnus with a chemical engineering degree and an MBA. This has provided him with a unique knack for analyzing data and constructing strategies. Before coming to LunaMetrics, he worked for a local startup accelerator to help regional innovators transition from research to real-world applications.
