Who owns our company?
Our owner and CEO, Robbin Steif, is an analyst herself. She is a graduate of Harvard College and the Harvard Business School, and has served on the Board of Directors for the Web Analytics Association. Robbin is a frequent speaker on the topics of web analytics and website conversion. You should read her letter before you decide to work with us.
Leadership
Jim Gianoglio is a search analyst. In a prior life, he was Director of Marketing for a traditional marketing firm. Jim has worked with clients both large and small to increase organic search traffic. See his results for Thermaxx Jackets. Jim spends most of his waking hours staying on the cutting edge of SEO.
John Henson is our Senior Web Analyst. He has experience in training, analysis, testing and implementation with Google Analytics and Website Optimizer. He enjoys filling the gap between the business issues and the technical issues to focus on what matters. John wrote the Google Analytics Goal Copy plugin, and has created many other GA resources.
Christina Keffer works as a Search Analyst. She has been in the internet marketing industry for over five years, providing clients with a fresh, holistic approach to organic search, paid search, online competitive analysis and social media campaigns. Clients tend to be awed when they work with Christina because she always gives them more than 110%.
Jonathan Weber is a Web Analyst and works in implementation, analysis, and training with Google Analytics and AdWords. Before he caught the analytics bug, he worked in information architecture. He holds a Master’s degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Information Sciences. Jonathan’s breadth of knowledge – from statistics to analysis to library science — is somewhat overwhelming.
