About LunaMetrics
Frankly, LunaMetrics is a great place to work. Located centrally in South Side in the historic Terminal Buildings, we’re an easy commute from the surrounding area. Added benefit: free parking and a cool steam-punk view from the window. (Literally, we overlook all this machinery from the next door cement plant. It’s really cool looking. Post industrial chic.) We have all those other boring benefits, too, like health insurance and retirement plans…
We have a pretty tightly-knit team of talented, driven individuals. To really fit in here, you’d have to be committed to internet marketing as a career. We’re genuinely passionate about what we do. We’re life-long learners, and our continuing education initiatives back this up in a very real way. Each employee gets to attend national conferences every year, and keeping up with industry blogs is not only expected, it’s required.
We think it’s the best of both worlds. Small company culture with all the awesome personal freedoms that entails coupled with big company client list and benefits. There is a lot of inter-office banter during the day (open floor plan leads to great conversations). It’s usually industry-specific but not always. However, we always get the work done and meet our deadlines.
“Are there rubber band fights?” you might ask. Sometimes.
