Who are we?

LunaMetrics is a boutique Internet consulting firm. We specialize in

• Improving websites by getting more traffic (search engine optimization, paid search)
• Configuring and evaluating your Google Analytics
• Increasing your conversion rate with user testing and site testing (using Google Website Optimizer)

We're located in Pittsburgh, PA (Eastern time zone). We have a handful of employees in addition to our owner, (see below), and we've been in business since 2004.

Who owns our company?

Our owner and CEO, Robbin Steif, is an analyst herself. This is the second business she has owned. In prior lives, she was a Chief Financial Officer for a usability company, and worked in artificial intelligence.

Steif is a graduate of Harvard College and the Harvard Business School. She is a Pennylvania Best 50 Women in Business winner, just finished a term on the Board of Directors for the Web Analytics Association, and is a frequent speaker on the topic of conversion rate and web analytics.
