Loyalty should be measured in orders/visitor over time, i.e. lifetime value of the customer. &lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;But I am still on Hack #40 or so in his last book, so I won&#039;t speak to his new one yet.&lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;Robbin Steif, &lt;BR/&gt;LunaMetrics</description>
