It's a double-edges sword, isn't it? Their amazing flexibility to track almost anything comes at the cost of requiring an implementation engineer to do so many things.

Robbin

Robbin,
I agree Omniture's training is really useful. I attended the training a few months ago. They do a great job explaining why things are the way they are and covering many of the main functionalities. However, I would say due to time limitations, they couldn't go into great detail over any particular topic. One of the ongoing themes when I went tended to be "talk to your Omniture Implementation Engineer". One of the main challenges with SiteCatalyst is that there are multiple ways of accomplishing things, and each of those ways may have different cost implications.
