Just to clarify, my question isn't about setting a conversion goal in Google Analytics (as your blog post above is about) but instead about setting a conversion goal in Google Website Optimizer.

Thanks...

Hi Robbin,

I have a question too. I'd be at least as happy as that client of yours if you could help me out also... (perhaps my question could be the topic of a blog post?)

Here's the question: Is it possible to set a click on an adsense ad as a conversion in website optimizer (and if yes, how)? The closest answer I've been able to find is about how to track a click on a regular link as a conversion, but not a click on an adsense ad... I've been pulling my hair out for quite some time on this issue and would REALLY appreciate an answer!

Thanks in advance...
