		<description>Hi Robbin,

It&#039;s been a while, I thought I&#039;d jump in on this post. Just finished my second round of test using this service and absolutely love it. Getting authentic feedback outside our organization has been invaluable, and the price/service that these folks deliver make this a no-brainer investment in your website. Hope you&#039;re doing well, take care.

<description>Hi Dan, thanks - I hadn&#039;t heard of feedbackarmy. It looks like you get ten comments for $10, but I will have to try it and see if you get what you pay for. There is nothing quite as wonderful as using real people (as opposed to &quot;experts,&quot; we never really know what users want.) IMO

		<description>Hi Robbin

I have used UserTesting.Com on a number of occasions have been really impressed with the overall service. They had some teething problems with user videos turning to red, although you could still hear the commentary. These problems see to have been ironed out. They make it so easy to do usability testing, and clients like seeing the videos and the brief written reports each tester produces. One issue is that some clients have wanted to us UK testers, and at the moment there is not many Brits on their panel.

When testing a UK site with US testers you need to give the testers a real UK address to enter in the checkout, otherwise the site will invalidate the ZIP code.

If you just want instant feedback on your test site, new designs, storyboards, try feedbackarmy dot com.

Regards
